Format: Commander

Commander: Gnostro, Voice of the Crags

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Gnostro, Voice of the Crags pilots a Jeskai Chimera midrange deck. The primary plan is to establish evasive flying Chimera threats, while Gnostro acts as a repeatable scry/removal/lifegain enabler. The artifact shell-Medallions, Monuments, Signets, and the three Jeskai Crystals-keeps costs low and produces extra tempo. Secondary paths use Arcum Dagsson to find noncreature artifacts, Ayesha Tanaka, Armorer to cheat artifacts from the top of the library, and Perplexing Chimera/Dovin, Hand of Control to disrupt opponents. The hidden sub-commander is Ayesha Tanaka, Armorer, who turns the Chimera attack phase into an artifact value engine. The deck wins by chipping with flyers before pushing through a large Spellheart or Stormchaser Chimera, often copying it with The Fire Crystal.
