Deck overview

The deck uses The Serpent Society as a payoff for deathtouch creatures dying, while its main path to victory is poison. Early creatures such as Bilious Skulldweller, Pestilent Syphoner, Plague Stinger, and Fynn, the Fangbearer apply poison, and Ichor Rats gives every player an initial counter. Proliferate from Drown in Ichor, Bloated Contaminator, Contaminant Grafter, Agent Frank Horrigan, and Karn's Bastion increases the clock. Ramp from Sol Ring, signets, mana creatures, and lands supports a turn-six-or-seven operational board. The deck also includes creature removal, graveyard denial, and a few large finishers. Its main weakness is that poison is spread across three opponents but the deck lacks enough repeatable proliferate, protection, and tutor density to close reliably. The commander can create strong creature attrition, but the list does not consistently provide sacrifice fodder and recursion for a lock.
