Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis midrange strategy centered on Sauron, the Dark Lord and a specialized Wraith tribal package featuring nine copies of Nazgûl. The game plan develops mana and early creatures, then casts Sauron on Turn 5 to passively generate an Orc Army whenever opponents cast spells. Combat connections with the Army trigger the Ring tempting mechanic, allowing Sauron to discard and draw four new cards while continuously growing every Wraith on the battlefield.
