Deck overview

This deck is an optimized mono-black discard stax and combo archetype piloted by Tinybones, Bauble Burglar. The primary game plan deploys low-cost symmetrical discard engines—such as Bottomless Pit, Necrogen Mists, and Oppression—to systematically strip opposing hands down to zero cards by Turn 4. While opponents struggle under resource starvation and topdeck variance, Tinybones breaks parity by placing stash counters on their discarded cards, allowing you to cast their spells using mana of any color. Complementary powerhouses like Waste Not and Tergrid, God of Fright convert opposing discards into an overwhelming surplus of mana, tokens, and stolen permanents. The deck translates its resource dominance into a definitive victory through the compact two-card infinite combo of Professor Onyx and Chain of Smog, draining the entire table in a single turn. Secondary win conditions include repeated drain activations from Tinybones, Trinket Thief, Bandit's Talent, and combat with Necrogoyf or Archon of Cruelty.
