Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Polymorph strategy built around Jace, Multiverse Architect. The deck pairs cheap, recurring token generators like Bitterblossom and Skrelv's Hive with Jace's -3 loyalty ability to cheat massive high-impact creatures and planeswalkers onto the battlefield ahead of curve. The creature suite includes format-dominating threats such as Archon of Cruelty, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Avacyn, Angel of Hope, and Valgavoth, Terror Eater, alongside an infinite combo in Astral Dragon and Cursed Mirror. A dense package of board wipes and white/blue spot removal provides defensive stability while you assemble your mana and mana-fixing. While the deck possesses explosive mid-game turns, its non-deterministic Polymorph pool and 5-color commander tax create clear vulnerabilities to targeted interaction and aggressive early starts.
