Commander: Bifur, Melodic Rider

Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarf/Equipment deck built around Bifur, Melodic Rider and the "Storied" mechanic. The early game establishes cheap Dwarves, Equipment, and legendary permanents so that controlling three artifacts/legendaries/Sagas turns on Bifur's trigger-doubling. Once active, Bifur doubles the abilities of every Dwarf, making cards like Depala, Pilot Exemplar, Gimli of the Glittering Caves, and Iron Hills Blacksmith explosive value engines. The deck's primary win condition is red-zone combat: Shared Animosity turns the Dwarf swarm lethal, while Equipment such as Brass Knuckles and Two-Handed Axe turn Bifur into a commander-damage threat. There are no infinite combos; instead, the deck wins through repeated large combat steps, backed by Wake the Past and cheap protection spells to rebuild after disruption.
