Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Jeskai spellslinger and storm combo list commanded by Vraska, Soul of Stone. Vraska turns every noncreature spell into mana velocity by creating 1/1 Treasure artifact creature tokens with vigilance. The deck leverages fast mana, cost reducers, and efficient card draw engines like Whirlwind of Thought and The One Ring to chain spells together. Its primary win condition resolves Underworld Breach and Brain Freeze to mill the library and win on the spot using Thassa's Oracle or Grapeshot. A backup line uses Mana Geyser and Reiterate with buyback to generate infinite mana and storm copies. The deck protects its combo turns with free counterspells, Silence, and uncounterability effects.
