This deck is a Dimir artifact-centric midrange strategy commanded by The Cyber-Controller. The primary game plan develops an explosive mana base using artifact ramp, cost-reducers, and scaling mana generators such as Urza, Lord High Artificer, Karn, Legacy Reforged, and Elementalist's Palette. Once 7 to 9 mana is available, the deck casts The Cyber-Controller with a large X value, triggering massive mill across all opponents and reanimating every milled creature face down as an upgraded 3/3 Cyberman artifact creature under your control. Enter-the-battlefield doublers like Panharmonicon and mill doublers like Bruvac the Grandiloquent exponentially scale the stolen army. The deck protects its board using Padeem, Consul of Innovation and cheap countermagic, clears opposing blockers with asymmetric board wipes like Their Name Is Death, and closes the game across two attack rotations or via direct life drain from Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge and flying alpha strikes from Cyberdrive Awakener.
