Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis artifact midrange strategy piloted by Mishra, Eminent One. The game plan revolves around deploying noncreature utility artifacts, mana rocks, and Vehicles during the early turns, followed by casting Mishra on Turn 5. At the beginning of combat, Mishra creates a temporary 4/4 Construct token copy with haste, triggering enter-the-battlefield, combat, and sacrifice abilities every turn cycle. The deck generates substantial card advantage through artifacts like Ichor Wellspring and Coveted Jewel, while deploying oppressive attrition engines such as Portal to Phyrexia and Spine of Ish Sah. Victory is achieved by scaling table-wide burn triggers from Reaver Titan and Knight Paladin, draining life with Marionette Master, or overrunning defenses with Cyberdrive Awakener and Simulacrum Synthesizer tokens. While resilient and rich in permanent removal, the list lacks stack interaction and instant-speed commander protection.
