Commander: Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward and Candlekeep Sage

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a high-power Azorius blink-control list helmed by Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward paired with Candlekeep Sage. Abdel's ETB exiles any number of your nonland permanents and replaces them with Soldier tokens; when he leaves, those permanents return with fresh ETBs while Candlekeep Sage draws a card on both the enter and the leave. The deck layers cheap flicker spells, Displacer Kitten, Soulherder, and Felidar Guardian to repeatedly re-trigger Abdel, generating tokens, rebuying ETB interaction, and refueling the hand. Primary wins are Thassa's Oracle (devotion or empty-library) and Walking Ballista fed by infinite blinks or mana, backed by a dense stax and free-counter suite that locks the table while the engine spins. Fast mana and a low 2.19 curve let Abdel arrive early; the 99 then protects the combo turn and grinds through disruption.
