Deck overview

This Grixis deck is piloted by Obeka, Brute Chronologist, built to abuse end-of-turn cleanup and drawback triggers. By ending the turn while negative delayed triggers are on the stack, Obeka permanently keeps temporary token copies created by Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Twinflame, and Fable of the Mirror-Breaker, negates the discard downside of Ideas Unbound, keeps warped creatures on the battlefield, and circumvents the game-losing clauses on Final Fortune, Last Chance, and Warrior's Oath. The primary win condition loops extra turn spells through graveyard-retrieval creatures like Ardent Elementalist and copy engines, chaining extra turns until opponents are eliminated through lethal combat and Pyrogoyf burn. Supported by Sundial of the Infinite as redundant engine insurance, efficient tutors, and low-cost interaction, the deck presents an explosive combo-tempo game plan.
