Doom Prevails test by patrat

Format: Commander

Commander: Doctor Doom, King of Latveria

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Doctor Doom leads a Grixis discard-tribal deck built around converting discards into drain, card draw, and Villain-tribal swarms. The primary plan is to trigger Doctor Doom and multiple payoffs with every land or nonland you discard while looting through the deck. The hidden commander is Norman Osborn // Green Goblin: after transforming, Green Goblin gives every nonland card in your graveyard mayhem, turning the graveyard into an extension of your hand. Doctor Octopus, Baron Strucker, Ultron, and Loki provide tribal synergy, while Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Faith of the Devoted, and Seismic Assault convert each discard into life loss. The deck wins through repeated discard bursts and buffed Villain combat.
