Deck overview

The Necrobloom commands a high-velocity Abzan landfall, dredge, and combo engine designed for competitive play. The deck leverages explosive fast mana and low-cost tutors to establish The Necrobloom by Turn 2 or 3, turning all lands in the graveyard into dredge fuel while generating an army of Plant and Zombie tokens. The primary game-ending plan combines The Necrobloom with Kodama of the East Tree and Golgari Rot Farm to produce infinite mana, infinite tokens, and an instant lethal swing via Finale of Devastation on Turn 4. Alternatively, the deck can assemble layered Protean Hulk death triggers or The Gitrog Monster dredge loops to drain the table with Corpse Knight, Blood Artist, or Zulaport Cutthroat. Robust asymmetric stax from Opposition Agent and Thalia and The Gitrog Monster slows opposing development, while elite protection spells like Silence, Grand Abolisher, and Ranger-Captain of Eos guarantee clean, uninterrupted combo turns.
