Ovika by moistogre

Format: Commander

Commander: Ovika, Enigma Goliath

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ovika, Enigma Goliath is the deck's goblin engine: each noncreature spell creates a number of hasty 1/1 goblins equal to that spell's mana value. The primary plan is to cast noncreature spells in the first main phase, amass a horde, and attack immediately. Secondary paths use Impact Tremors, Molten Gatekeeper, and Slash to turn token entries into direct damage, while Battle Hymn / Sozin's Comet / Crackle with Power makes a large red-mana finish. Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain and Hermes, Overseer of Elpis draw cards and make small tokens, but no card acts as a hidden commander. The deck is built to resolve Ovika and then convert every noncreature draw into threats.
