Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov Aristocrats strategy built around Orah, Skyclave Hierophant. It uses a tiered mana curve of Clerics to generate continuous value from the graveyard. Early turns establish mana acceleration and low-cost utility Clerics such as Soul Warden and Archivist of Oghma. Once Orah enters the battlefield alongside sacrifice outlets like Phyrexian Altar or Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, sacrificing higher-cost Clerics automatically recurs lower-cost ones. This engine fuels immense card draw, drains opposing life totals through Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, and suppresses enemy creatures with Dictate of Erebos. The deck closes games decisively by tutoring for the two-card infinite combo of Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose and Exquisite Blood, or by resolving Bolas's Citadel and Living Death to overwhelm the table in a single turn.
