Deck overview

This deck is a thematic mono-red Superfriends and burn strategy centered around Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh and an extensive suite of Chandra planeswalkers. The game plan focuses on controlling opposing creature boards through efficient damage-based sweepers like Blasphemous Act, Pyroclasm, and Chandra's Ignition while developing a critical mass of planeswalkers. Once engines like Chandra, Torch of Defiance and Virtue of Courage generate sufficient mana and card advantage, the deck deploys decisive damage amplifiers such as Fiery Emancipation, All Will Be One, or Repercussion. Lethal finishes are achieved by scaling noncombat damage into massive bursts via Crackle with Power or punishing crowded opponent boards with Repercussion sweeps. While resilient against single-target removal due to high planeswalker redundancy, the deck is vulnerable to wide creature rushes and non-creature combo strategies due to limited stack interaction outside of narrow red counterspells.
