Turtles by user1687395

Format: Commander

Commander: Leonardo, the Balance and Michelangelo, the Heart

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The deck is a five-color +1/+1 counter and token army build built around the partnership of Leonardo, the Balance and Michelangelo, the Heart. Michelangelo provides a cheap raid trigger that accrues counters and Food, while Leonardo converts every token entry into a global counter burst and can spend WUBRG to give the team menace, trample, and lifelink. Secondary paths use Endless Foot Assault, Sally Pride, and Atraxa to widen the board, then Raphael, the Muscle doubles all damage from countered creatures for a one-turn kill. There is no hidden commander; Heroes in a Half Shell is a finisher, not a backup general. Planar mana fixing and counter doublers such as Hardened Scales, Corpsejack Menace, and The Earth Crystal are the glue.
