Toxic Masculinity - Vishgraz, the Doomhive by user9595678

Format: Commander

Commander: Vishgraz, the Doomhive

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vishgraz, the Doomhive is a single-faced Abzan commander, but the deck is not centered on his combat damage. The primary plan is to put one poison counter on every opponent with Ichor Rats, Phyresis Outbreak, Infectious Inquiry, or Vraska's Fall, then use proliferate permanents to race all three players to ten poison. Vishgraz provides an early Mite army and a growing attacker as backup, while corrupted payoffs like Ixhel, Glistening Sphere, and The Seedcore convert the poisoned board into extra cards and mana. There is no hidden double-faced commander; Ixhel acts as the closest secondary engine.
