Deck overview

This deck is a combat-focused Grixis tribal build led by Edward Kenway. It establishes an early board of low-cost Pirates and Vehicles, converting tapped attackers into an escalating supply of Treasure tokens on the end step. These banked Treasures allow the deck to ramp smoothly into devastating combat multipliers such as Angrath's Marauders, Dire Fleet Ravager, and Collective Inferno. Winning primarily through massive combat damage amplified by damage doublers and tribal power buffs, the deck also features alternate paths to victory through Revel in Riches and extra turns with Time Sieve. While the deck includes efficient spot removal and conditional countermagic, its reliance on sustaining a wide creature board leaves it vulnerable to opposing sweepers. Graveyard recursion tools like Haunting Voyage and March of the Drowned provide solid resilience, ensuring the crew can rebuild and overwhelm opponents in the mid-to-late game.
