Spinning Bird Kick!!!! by keiaoyama

Format: Commander

Commander: Zethi, Arcane Blademaster

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Zethi, Arcane Blademaster leads a tempo-spellslinger deck that reuses cheap instants from the graveyard to generate value, tokens, and protection while chipping in with evasive commander damage. The deck's primary plan is to set up a battlefield of token producers and prowess creatures, then use Zethi's attack triggers to recast cantrips, protection spells, and tempo spells every combat. Secondary paths include going wide with Talrand, Murmuring Mystic, Monastery Mentor, and Shark Typhoon, or locking down combat with Propaganda and Sphere of Safety. The hidden commander is Lyse Hext, whose cost reduction and double strike supercharge the same instant-speed game plan. The deck is built to use Zethi's front face as a repeatable engine, not the back face (there is no back face).
