Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Golgari engine built around Baba Lysaga, Night Witch. It exploits cards with multiple types—such as artifact lands, enchantment creatures, and manlands like Mishra's Factory and Blinkmoth Nexus—to satisfy Baba Lysaga, Night Witch's three-type sacrifice requirement with minimal board investment. Once online, Baba Lysaga, Night Witch draws three cards, gains three life, and drains three life from each opponent every turn. The deck compounds this advantage through land recursion like Walk-In Closet // Forgotten Cellar, untap effects like Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler, and asymmetric attrition pieces like Dictate of Erebos. The endgame finishes opponents through scaling life-drain amplifiers such as Psychosis Crawler and Enduring Tenacity, an army of 5/3 Elementals from Titania, Protector of Argoth, or an infinite mana combo using Ashaya, Soul of the Wild and Argothian Elder.
