Deck overview

This deck combines a competitive Sisay, Weatherlight Captain legendary shell with a lethal Thassa's Oracle combo and oppressive planeswalker control elements. Built on an optimized five-color manabase, it utilizes elite tutors, fast acceleration, and zero-mana interaction to either race toward an immediate win or establish locking stax pieces like Drannith Magistrate, Teferi, Time Raveler, and Ashiok, Dream Render. When not executing an early Consultation line, Sisay tutors silver-bullet planeswalkers and legendary permanents directly onto the battlefield, creating overwhelming card advantage through engines like The One Ring and Oath of Teferi.
