Second Guessing Myself by Cha0sRuler

Format: Commander

Commander: Elmar, Ulvenwald Informant and Cecily, Haunted Mage

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This four-color deck uses Elmar and Cecily as partner commanders to turn every turn into a second-spell engine. Elmar untaps a creature and investigates whenever you cast your second spell, while Cecily draws cards on attack and can free-cast an instant or sorcery when your hand is full. The deck is built around a dense package of flurry payoffs that trigger on your second spell each turn, generating card advantage, tokens, copies, and mana. The primary plan is to chain spells through copy effects and card draw, then finish with a mass reanimation spell, Insurrection, or a huge copied spell. The hidden commander is the second-spell trigger itself, not a single card.
