Deck overview

This deck is a Naya Dinosaur Midrange list commanded by Pantlaza, Sun-Favored. The primary strategy focuses on deploying efficient early ramp pieces on Turns 1 through 3 to cast Pantlaza on Turn 4. Pantlaza immediately triggers Discover 4 upon entry, cheating a free spell onto the battlefield or into hand. On Turn 5, following up with massive Dinosaur threats like Quartzwood Crasher, Regisaur Alpha, or Etali, Primal Storm triggers larger Discover cascades that rapidly build overwhelming board presence. The deck closes out games around Turn 7 via trample damage, overrun effects from Akroma's Will or Return of the Wildspeaker, and direct burn from Chandra's Ignition or Wrathful Raptors. While the deck possesses explosive mana velocity and compounding card advantage through Discover, its primary vulnerabilities lie in a reliance on sorcery-speed deployment and susceptibility to opposing mass board wipes.
