Deck overview

This is an Edgar Markov vampire swarm deck with a fast token layer and a compact lifegain-drain combo. Edgar's Eminence produces a free Vampire token with every other Vampire spell, so cheap one- to three-drop Vampires snowball into a wide board under lords such as Legion Lieutenant and Shared Animosity. The deck can win by combat, but its most efficient finish is Bloodthirsty Conqueror plus any 'when you gain life, opponents lose life' trigger (Vito, Sanguine Bond, Enduring Tenacity, Marauding Blight-Priest), started by an attack from Pulse Tracker or Sanctum Seeker. Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord cheats the five-mana Conqueror into play, reducing setup cost. It is a mid-speed Edgar build: aggressive, resilient in creature count, but reliant on finding its two combo pieces or outvaluing through drain.
