I Promise It's Not that kind of Blue Deck by FrankCastle58

Format: Commander

Commander: Mm'menon, the Right Hand

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact combo deck piloted by Mm'menon, the Right Hand leverages its commander's top-deck access and mana-filtering ability to chain cheap artifacts into a storm-like engine. The primary win condition is Aetherflux Reservoir - casting a high volume of low-cost artifacts in a single turn to gain lethal life, then activating the Reservoir to eliminate three opponents. Walking Ballista provides an alternative mana-sink finish if infinite mana is generated via untap loops. The deck is built around cost reducers (Etherium Sculptor, Foundry Inspector, Cloud Key, Jhoira's Familiar, Sapphire Medallion), fast mana rocks (Mox Opal, Chrome Mox, Lotus Petal, Sol Ring, Ancient Tomb), and recursion (Emry, Lurker of the Loch, Buried Ruin) to sustain long chains. While the commander is a powerful enabler for casting from the top of the library and tapping artifacts for mana, the core engine functions without it thanks to redundancy via Mystic Forge and The Reality Chip.
