Format: Commander

Commander: Auntie Ool, Cursewretch

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Auntie Ool, Cursewretch helms a Jund machine built around -1/-1 counters. The primary plan is to deploy a creature-based counter engine-Hapatra, Nest of Scarabs, Blowfly Infestation-then convert those counters into card draw, tokens, and life drain. The deck wins through compact two-card combos: Devoted Druid + Quillspike creates infinite mana and a massive attacker, while Melira + Goblin Bombardment with a persist creature (via Cauldron of Souls) creates infinite damage. The commander adds reach by drawing cards whenever your creatures get counters and pinging opponents when theirs do. Secondary path: grind with The Scorpion God, Yawgmoth, and Blood Artist. No hidden commander; the deck is built around the -1/-1 counter theme rather than a second face.
