Teysa testing by dreynas

Format: Commander

Commander: Teysa Karlov

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Teysa Karlov is an Orzhov aristocrat deck built around death triggers and token-based attrition. The primary plan is to feed creatures into death effects, with Teysa making drain triggers such as Zulaport Cutthroat, Elas il-Kor, and Bastion of Remembrance fire an extra time. The secondary path uses lifelink token attacks to feed life gain, turning each gain into damage with Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose and Sanguine Bond. The third line is a burst finish with token production, mass death triggers, Exsanguinate, or Aetherflux Reservoir. There is no true hidden commander; Bruna/Gisela and Eirdu/Isilu form a long-game optional tail, but Teysa is the card the whole deck is shaped around.
