Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is helmed by Sash and Waistcoat, Unmen and focuses on blink engines and manifest synergies. In the early game, it establishes mana rocks and deploys card-advantage permanents such as Mulldrifter, Lord of Change, and Dour Port-Mage. It leverages recurring blink enablers like Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Conjurer's Closet, and Displacer Kitten to out-value opponents. The primary win condition is an infinite mana loop using Deadeye Navigator and Peregrine Drake (or Archaeomancer with Ghostly Flicker). Once infinite mana is achieved, the commander's ability manifests the entire library onto the battlefield as 2/2 creatures. Looping Scourge of Fleets or Marang River Regent clears all opposing nonland boards, allowing an unblockable lethal attack on the subsequent turn. The deck is resilient due to redundant blink pieces and redirection effects, though it relies on drawing through its library rather than fast creature tutoring.
