Big Wolf by user6795861

Format: Commander

Commander: Sarulf, Realm Eater

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Sarulf, Realm Eater is a Golgari attrition-control commander. The primary plan is to force opponent permanents into the graveyard with edicts and removal, growing Sarulf, then crack his upkeep trigger to exile nonland permanents. Ashaya, Soul of the Wild is the hidden commander: it turns your creatures into lands so they survive Sarulf's wipe and become huge beaters. Secondary paths are Ygra, Eater of All as a growing Food-synergy threat, Grave Pact/Dictate of Erebos attrition, and recursion via Conduit of Worlds and Journey to Eternity. The deck wins through commander damage from a large Sarulf or trample-pumped combat from Ygra and Ashaya.
