Shali and Hallar Revamp 2 by Everbond

Format: Commander

Commander: Shalai and Hallar

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Naya +1/+1 counters deck is helmed by Shalai and Hallar, a flying commander that turns every counter placed on your creatures into direct damage. The primary game plan is to assemble an infinite counter loop-most commonly Scurry Oak plus Ivy Lane Denizen or Basking Broodscale plus Ivy Lane Denizen-then use the commander (or All Will Be One) to convert those counters into lethal damage spread across all opponents. The deck is densely packed with counter doublers like Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, and Primal Vigor, along with token generators and mana dorks that also profit from counters. A robust tutor suite ensures the key pieces are found reliably, while cards like Esper Sentinel and Beast Whisperer keep the hand full. The commander is the primary damage outlet, but All Will Be One and Grafted Exoskeleton provide alternate win conditions.
