Deck overview

This Simic deck harnesses Zimone, Mystery Unraveler to combine explosive landfall acceleration with a high-impact cheat engine. By manipulating the top of the library with tools like Brainstorm, Sensei's Divining Top, and Scroll Rack, the deck reliably places game-ending permanents such as Blightsteel Colossus, It That Betrays, and Dark Depths into position to be manifested face down on the first land drop of a turn. A second land drop in the same turn triggers Zimone's second ability, flipping the face-down permanent face up at instant speed without paying its mana cost. Supported by deep land recursion engines like Ramunap Excavator, Ancient Greenwarden, and Life from the Loam, alongside token multipliers like Scute Swarm and Field of the Dead, the deck generates overwhelming board states while maintaining resilient card flow. It threatens lethal damage as early as Turn 5, overwhelming opponents through colossal attackers and compounding land value.
