Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Bant creature-cheat archetype commanded by Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man. The primary game plan uses low-cost mana dorks on Turn 1 to enable casting Peter Parker on Turn 2, creating a 2/1 Spider token. On Turn 3, Peter transforms into Amazing Spider-Man, giving all colored legendary spells web-slinging for {G}{W}{U} by returning a tapped creature. This bypasses normal mana curves to drop massive legendary threats such as Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant, Koma, Cosmos Serpent, and Nezahal, Primal Tide on Turn 4. The deck converts this overwhelming board presence into a decisive victory on Turn 5 using combat overruns like Craterhoof Behemoth, Akroma's Will, or Triumph of the Hordes. Comprehensive protective spells—including Heroic Intervention, Dawn's Truce, and Boromir, Warden of the Tower—shield the engine from opposing removal and sweepers.
