1 Color Green: Beast From The East by Onikiller81

Format: Commander

Commander: Kona, Rescue Beastie

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-green ramp-and-cheat stompy list helmed by Kona, Rescue Beastie. The plan is straightforward: accelerate into Kona, tap it (via attack or the suite of creature-tapping mana outlets), and use its Survival trigger to drop enormous permanents from hand for free during the second main phase. The payload is a dense package of finishers and value haymakers-Craterhoof Behemoth, Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, Blightsteel Colossus, Jumbo Cactuar, Pathbreaker Ibex, and Dawnsire, Sunstar Dreadnought-supported by classic green card-advantage engines and a handful of creature tutors. Alternate cheat lines (Natural Order, Finale of Devastation, Last March of the Ents, Kodama of the East Tree) let the deck function when Kona is answered. Wins come almost exclusively through combat: one-shot infect, massive Overrun effects, or annihilator pressure rather than infinite combos.
