This mono-blue deck uses The Unagi of Kyoshi Island to turn group draw into personal advantage. You play Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon, and other forced-draw effects; each time an opponent draws a second card, Unagi draws you two. Consecrated Sphinx and Teferi's Ageless Insight double that advantage. You win two ways: exile your library with Leveler and win with Thassa's Oracle, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, or Laboratory Maniac, or drain the table with Psychosis Crawler and Scrawling Crawler while wheeling with Windfall. Heavy counterspells and flash keep the board clear until you assemble the win.
