Deck overview

This Sultai deck is a self-mill/landfall value engine. It fills the graveyard with lands and high-value permanents, then uses heavy ramp and extra land drops to trigger Field of the Dead, Scute Swarm, Retreat to Hagra, and Mossborn Hydra. Sin, Spira's Punishment is an expensive repeatable token generator that copies the best permanent in the graveyard-including Fields and Uro-while Uro serves as an unofficial hidden commander for its escape value. The primary win is Scapeshift into Field of the Dead plus Finale of Devastation to pump a horde; Dark Depths/Thespian's Stage provides a fast 20/20 alternate threat, and Torment of Hailfire can drain once mana is huge.
