Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Goblin tribal list helmed by Grub, Storied Matriarch // Grub, Notorious Auntie. It uses a -1/-1 counter subtheme for board control alongside token generation and death triggers to drain opponents. The front side of the commander helps rebuy Goblins from the graveyard after combat or sacrifice; the back side allows copying a blighted attacking creature each turn, creating temporary pressure and extra bodies. The deck aims to build a wide board of Goblins over time, keep up pressure through token and drain effects, and control other non-Goblins via -1/-1 counters and incremental removal. Primary win avenues include combat damage with a large army, drain triggers from Boggart Cursecrafter and Boggart Mischief, or using the Blasphemous Act or Blasphemous Edict for large-scale board interaction.
