Ares, God of War - The Slaughterhouse 🩸🗡️ by Slarrp

Format: Commander

Commander: Ares, God of War

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Ares, God of War turns every attacker that dies into a reusable card. This Rakdos deck uses hasty one-shot threats such as Ball Lightning, Lightning Skelemental, and Spark Elemental to deal fast damage, then lets Ares return them to hand for another pass. Sacrifice outlets and death payoffs (Goblin Bombardment, Mayhem Devil, Judith, Zulaport Cutthroat) turn those same creatures into direct damage, drain, or card draw. Goro-Goro, Gut, and token generators provide a second wave, while Dire Fleet Ravager and Gray Merchant compress all opponents' life totals. No hidden commander; Decadent Dragon's adventure side is optional utility for Treasure and card advantage.
