Format: Commander

Commander: Anikthea, Hand of Erebos

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Abzan deck is a grindy enchantment reanimator that wins through incremental combat, not combos. It mills or discards enchantments with Nyx Weaver, Six, and Sagas, then uses Anikthea, Hand of Erebos to exile them from the graveyard and create 3/3 black Zombie copies on entry and on each attack. Enchantress engines like Sythis, Enchantress's Presence, and Eidolon of Blossoms draw cards and gain life while Sanctum Weaver and cost reducers accelerate mana. Anikthea is the repeatable recursion engine that turns the graveyard into a board. Sythis, Harvest's Hand acts as a hidden commander, providing the card advantage to keep the plan moving when Anikthea is removed or too expensive.
