Kelsien, the Plague by user7443610

Format: Commander

Commander: Kelsien, the Plague

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Mardu deck builds around Kelsien, the Plague as a deathtouch ping engine. You attach deathtouch Equipment such as Basilisk Collar, Gorgon's Head, and Gorgon Flail to Kelsien, then tap to deal 1 damage to any creature you don't control; deathtouch makes that lethal, and each kill gives you an experience counter that permanently grows Kelsien and powers Minthara, Merciless Soul and Otharri, Suns' Glory. Tutors like Stonehewer Giant, Open the Armory, and Steelshaper's Gift find the key Equipment, while Slaughter Specialist and Bounty Board provide targets. Without combos, you win through commander damage, double strike from Akroma's Will, Vorpal Sword, or proliferate with Karn's Bastion.
