This deck is a high-power Sultai midrange strategy commanded by The Wise Mothman. It combines radiation counters, mill triggers, and +1/+1 counter scaling into an aggressive, value-rich engine. The deck ramps on turns 1 and 2 to cast Mothman on turn 3, spreading rad counters that force all players to mill cards and take damage during their upkeeps.
