Daddy Jorn by Erique_Zaite

Format: Commander

Commander: Jorn, God of Winter // Kaldring, the Rimestaff

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Jorn, God of Winter is the deck's engine: attacking with him untaps every snow permanent, turning snow lands, Astrolabe, and mana dorks into a mana-doubling battery. The back face, Kaldring, provides late-game recursion of snow permanents from the graveyard. The hidden commander is Marit Lage: both Dark Depths + Thespian's Stage and Marit Lage's Slumber converge on a 20/20 flying, indestructible token. The deck also leans on snow-matters beaters like Rimefeather Owl and Hailstorm Valkyrie, then finishes with Overwhelming Stampede or a slow, multi-turn Marit Lage attack. It is a midrange snow-value deck that accelerates hard once Jorn starts attacking, but lacks tutors to find its one-of combo pieces.
