Deck overview

This deck is commanded by Kibo, Uktabi Prince, executing a synergistic strategy that pairs symmetric artifact generation with aggressive artifact punishment, +1/+1 counters, and mass resource denial. In the early game, cheap mana dorks accelerate Kibo into play by Turn 2 or Turn 3, distributing Banana tokens to all players. As opponents sacrifice their Bananas for mana, Kibo accumulates +1/+1 counters. The midgame converts this dynamic into lethal asymmetry by casting mass artifact wipes like Meltdown and Vandalblast, or resolving mass land destruction spells like Thoughts of Ruin and Impending Disaster. These wipes starve opponents of mana while supercharging Kibo into an unblockable or trample-enabled juggernaut. Card advantage engines like Viridian Revel keep the hand full, while protection pieces such as Deflecting Swat and Sylvan Safekeeper defend the board as Kibo eliminates opponents across consecutive combat phases.
