Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Whtz, the Bibliophile lets the deck start above 200 cards, turning its tap-draw into a free draw-and-lifegain engine and making Battle of Wits a real upkeep win. The shell runs sixty copies of Tempest Hawk, the hidden commander: Thrumming Stone turns them into a ripple chain, while Murmuration and Reflections of Littjara convert those casts into a flying army. Secondary paths are lifegain finishes via Aetherflux Reservoir, Felidar Sovereign, and Shabraz, plus an Isochron Scepter/Dramatic Reversal mana loop with Walking Ballista. Whtz is velocity, not the finisher; the deck can keep fighting if it is answered.
