Orvar, the All-Form runs a mono-blue copy-combo plan: cheap instants and sorceries that target your own permanents become extra copies of Drake, Wizard, or land recursion, turning value spells into infinite mana. Primary win lines are Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal and Orvar + Peregrine Drake + buyback spells; Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring is a fallback loop. Vesuvan Duplimancy and Thassa, Deep-Dwelling add copy redundancy, while Rhystic Study and Archmage Emeritus keep the hand full. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built to cast Orvar every game and finish with a large token swarm on the next attack step.
