Deck overview

This Gruul deck is commanded by Roxanne, Starfall Savant, focusing on generating artifact tokens, doubling their mana output, and leveraging that massive resource acceleration to overwhelm the table with game-ending threats. During the early turns, the deck deploys efficient ramp spells and creatures to reliably cast Roxanne on Turn 4. Upon entering the battlefield, Roxanne creates a Meteorite token that provides targeted 2-damage removal and acts as a 2-mana rock. By Turn 5, an attacking Roxanne doubles the table pressure by dropping another Meteorite and powering out high-cost bombs such as Etali, Primal Conqueror, Draconic Visitor, Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink, or Parallel Lives. The deck closes out the game around Turn 7 via overwhelming combat damage, dragon swarms, or a lethal Finale of Devastation. While vulnerable to mass artifact and creature sweepers, its resilient mana engine and redundant high-end threats ensure rapid recovery.
