Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Assassin kindred strategy led by Ezio Auditore da Firenze. The game plan establishes early board presence with cheap, evasive Assassins to consistently deal combat damage and unlock the freerunning mechanic. Freerunning allows the deck to deploy high-cost, high-impact Assassins and draw spells for just {B}{B} or reduced alternative costs. The deck transitions into the midgame by compounding card advantage through combat-damage triggers like Kindred Discovery and Bident of Thassa. To close out games, the deck utilizes life-halving cards like Quietus Spike and Unstoppable Slasher to bring opponents to 10 or less life, allowing Ezio to eliminate them with his {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} combat trigger. Alternatively, Ramses, Assassin Lord provides an immediate table-wide victory once any single opponent is eliminated by an Assassin.
