Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity mono-red storm and token aggro strategy led by Zada, Hedron Grinder. The game plan revolves around flooding the board with inexpensive creature tokens during the opening turns, then casting Zada with mana open to target her with cheap single-target cantrips and combat buffs. Zada copies each targeted spell for every creature you control, turning 1-mana cantrips like Crimson Wisps and Expedite into massive burst draw spells that refill the hand and dig through the library. As the storm turn progresses, cards like Storm-Kiln Artist and Runaway Steam-Kin generate abundant mana, fueling further token creation and massive pump spells such as Fists of Flame and Temur Battle Rage. The deck also includes an infinite creature combo in Dualcaster Mage and Twinflame.
