Deck overview

SP//dr, Piloted by Peni is an Azorius "modified creatures" tempo-value deck. It looks to put +1/+1 counters on small legendary Heroes, attack with modified bodies, and turn every successful hit into cards through the commander plus a stack of combat-draw enchantments. The supporting creature suite is a counter-synergy and legendary-Hero shell: Denry Klin, Editor in Chief spreads counters, Metastatic Evangel proliferates, Abzan Falconer and Archetype of Imagination provide flying, and Odric, Lunarch Marshal shares keywords across the team. The deck wins through overwhelming combat - often doubling the board's power with Porcelain Gallery or War of the Last Alliance - and also carries a compact draw-the-library combo in Pensive Professor, Iron Man, Armored Avenger, and Laboratory Maniac. SP//dr itself is more a recastable draw engine than a required kill piece, so the deck can keep executing even if the commander is answered.
