Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Spellslinger Storm strategy built around Iroh, Grand Lotus and the Lesson mechanic. The deck's primary engine utilizes cost reducers like Doc Aurlock, Grizzled Genius, Uncle Iroh, and Goblin Electromancer to reduce the flashback cost of Lesson cards granted by Iroh from {1} down to {0}. Once assembled on Turn 5, the deck untaps on Turn 6 to initiate a high-velocity storm turn. Drawing cards through Archmage Emeritus, Secrets of the Dead, and cheap Lessons, the deck fuels mana via Storm-Kiln Artist while burning down all three opponents simultaneously with Guttersnipe, Firebrand Archer, Coruscation Mage, or Aetherflux Reservoir. While lacking universal tutors and fast mana staples, the deck features intense functional redundancy in cost reduction and storm outlets, turning its graveyard into an explosive second hand.
